Our Basic House Cleaning Rates & Add On Services

Our minimum Service fee is $130
Base Pricing for Standard Cleaning Rates Weekly or Bi Weekly
$130 1/1 One Bedroom Studio or Apartment
$150 2/2 Two Bedroom 2 Baths
$170 3/2 Three Bedroom 2.5 Baths
$225 4/3 Four Bedroom 3.5 Baths
5 Bedrooms or more we would have to come see personally to quote and or by square footage of the home. Note there may be a floor cleaning upcharge for large square footage homes
Additional Baths such as a 4 bedroom 5 bath will be $20 add on for each additional bathroom over the above quoted rate.

Note Monthly cleanings are usually 20% +. additional and may be treated as initial deep cleanings vs weekly & bi- weekly. We re-access all accounts every three months and taylor them to your particular cleaning needs.
Stair Cleaning on Multi Levels add on $20
Pet Cleaning add on $20 - $30 depending on pet (s) amount of pet hair removal from furniture and floors.
Super Deep Cleanings for homes that have not been cleaned for a month or more require an Initial Deep Cleaning, Move Outs and Construction Cleanup are based on $50 per hour per cleaner and are based on square footage of the home and are in addition to our base rates.

Professional Tile and Grout Cleaning starting at $130 minimum for small areas hallways, kitchens, and baths, supply and or trip charge if applicable
25+ years experience in Tile & Marble cleaning & Restoration.
Carpet Cleaning We offer small area rugs & furniture cleaning priced add on price per item. For room carpet cleaning we recommend Rug Busters.

Laundry: Add ons priced @ $20 per bed and or $10 per load for linen towels rugs ect. If your laundry time runs over the cleaning time it is $40 additional per hour per cleaner to stay and wait for laundry to be finished.

Personal laundry priced at $15-$20 per load folded or hung in closets or dressers. Liability release form required. It is up to you as a client to remove all dry cleanable or hand wash only items from your laundry prior to our arrival
Outdoor Areas: Entranceways, Balconies, Pool Decks add $20 -$30 depending on size of area and amount of furniture, and services blowing off, Hosing off to keep your property maintained barefoot clean.
Window Cleaning Glass & Blinds & Louvered Doors are priced as additional $15 per Window or Set of Doors. $15 add on per set of Blinds if they have to be taken down cleaned and reinstalled.

New Client Deposits
At Maid By The Sea Cleaning we strive to provide professional exceptional timely service to all our clients new and old. We are a busy service and keep a confirned scheduled.
Cancellations after scheduling 5 days in advance or the week prior will result in loss of 1/2 of deposit
Last minute 3 day or less cancellation will result in non refund of full deposit.

If your cancellation is due to unforseen illness or accident such as Covid 19 to a occupant (in the home) we are scheduled to clean let us know so we can charge a small rescheduling fee when applicable
Here are Maid By The Sea we feel a good customer is an informed customer. We do not require deposits from established clients in good standing except on services over $400.

Please note appointments are booked with a 1/2 hour window period with traffic and parking a consideration example between 10:00 - 10:30 ETA
Terms Of Service
All New Clients must agree to our Liability clause by sending the I agree to terms of service prior to cleaning as a owner we request you secure all non replaceable sentamental or extreamly valuable fragile items in your home

Maid By The Sea Cleaning will not be held responsible for breakable items on floating shelves, heavy pictures not hung properly or high value sentamental items that approaite steps we requested were not taken by the owner to secure

Once we give a quote and schedule you a time spot that quote is final. We do not give discounts
from the origional work order without a 5 day or more prior notice by email or text. No Discounts after the fact If in the evnet you a guest or other service has already cleaned part of the home or vacation rental.
Examples Guest or Contractor said they would clean up. We advise against this as it is rare guests or contractors will provide an up to par cleaning & we have the genuine interests of our clients
at heart and want no misunderstanding with the involved parties or to arrive for a property check and have a to report an almost full cleaning that you and we did not expect or schedule for.

If your Contractor has told you he would provide part of the clean up please get with us beforehand so we can clarify what extent of the cleaning your contractor has commited
to and what and also which party will be responsible for the billing payment.

Late Check Outs / Early Check Ins: At Maid By The Sea we strive to accomodate our cleints and their guests in 5 star fashion. We need the entire agreed time for Vacation Rental Cleaning we do not charge for check outs 20 minutes or so late. We do however charge $30 an hour per cleaner if our staff cannot enter the home and start the cleaning at the scheduled time within the hour without advance notice. Late check outs could result in altering your next check in time on Back to Backs

Please note we do not provide cleaning with guests or guests unpacked luggage still occupying the interior of the home. Or premise is still avidly being renovated with construction crew active. Running water & power must be supplied prior to our arrival and not intermintant during the cleaning or could result in us having to for fit your deposit & a rescheduling fee if applicable
