your vacation rental looking bright and fresh year-round. A deep clean includes:

• Bi Fold - Doors

• Laundry and Air Conditioning Closets

• Moving Furniture and Baseboards

• Cleaning Walls / Doors and Scuff Marks

• Flipping mattresses and Sanitizing Lysol

• Washing mattress covers

• Grout Cleaning Floors  (Extra Charge)

• Deep-cleaning rugs & Carpet Cleaning 

 

It can also inclide quite a few more items – ours does! –  off season and between guest stays is always a good time to perform basic maintenance and ensure that your rental is getting the upkeep it needs.  Please Note:  Deep Cleanings are usually pre scheduled for a non back to back turnover day.

Vacation Rental Prices include inventory and restocking of guest supplies.  Inspection upon arrival for reporting damage

with photos.  With all deep cleaning or maintenance needs noted, we also provide light maintenance services at an 

additional $50 per hour

Our Basic Vacation Rental Cleaning Pricing:

$180 1 bedroom with 2 loads of laundry 

$230  2 bedroom with 2-3 loads of laundry 

$300  3 bedroom with 3-4 loads of laundry

$350  4 bedroom with 4-5 loads of laundry

5 bedrooms or more we would have to see to quote you

Prices above may vary in regard to large square footage homes and additional beds, bathrooms and exteriors areas are priced slightly higher ask us for a free quote.  Basic quote rate add on $20 per additional beds per bedroom washed dried & made.  Windows, Sliding doors  BBQ grills grates & Exterior patio or pool areas are included in the rates above.
